Getting my #DigestiveHealth on with Pro-B

Let’s face it. Well all get older and things don’t seem to work as well as everything used to. Things change, you change… it seems only natural to start to use something to get you back to, er, “normal” again.

After my daughter was born, I had all sorts of bathroom problems. I had a c-section so it took some time for my bowels to decide to get back to work. Once they did, it was never like it used to be for a number of reasons. My diet, my hormones, my lack of red meat or having too much…sigh, it was always something.

Enter 4X Pro-B Digestive Care from Costco.

I have been taking these supplements for almost a month now and things are…well…moving. Truth be told, I have had trouble being regular since after having a child. I noticed within a couple weeks a change was already taking place with my digestion. Meaning- it was actually happening more at a regular pace and I didn’t suffer that weekly or so constipation I would go through. The change wasn’t huge but I noticed it for sure.

Since my tummy started feeling healthier, it made me decide to actually start eating healthier. I mean, what’s the point to have what is going out be healthy but not start with what I put in my body? They were small changes like deciding on what I ate when I went out to brunch with friends

to… what snacks I would eat in between meals at home

and I even considered….

Whoa now… ok, we’ll get there… soon! :)

I re-ordered (and you can check out my experience re-ordering and foods thus far on THIS Google Plus Album) and am continuing on eating healthier and everyday, I feel a little less backed up and a little more ready to get 100% healthy and fit.

Inside and out. For more info on how you can order or where to find 4X Pro-B, please check out Costco via there website or Facebook Page.

Isn’t it awful what giving birth does to the body!? I just had a friend go through a complete bladder reconstruction because giving birth and being pregnant messed everything up!
