Girl in Progress Gift Pack Giveaway

Last week before jetting off to New York, I had the pleasure of checking out my new favorite coming of age story- Girl in Progress starring Eva Mendes, Raini Rodriguez and newcomer, Cierra Ramirez. While I can’t tell you about the film…yet (check back May 10th!), I can say this- if you are a daughter or a mother of a daughter…you will relate to this. I cried and I immediately wanted to call my mom and tell her how sorry I was for being a crappy teenager. Then I wanted to just hold my baby girl and beg her not to grow up. But I outgrew those horrid teen years and became an OK person, and I can only hope that my daughter will do the same…but for now, I get to enjoy all the wonderful things that come with having an almost 5 yr old. Those teen years can wait!
