People Like Us Celebrate on Brothers and Sisters Day Tomorrow With Sprinkles Cupcakes #peoplelikeus

Have you heard about the upcoming movie “People Like Us”?

If you haven’t you have to check out the trailer below. I just saw it this weekend while in New York, and let me tell you it will make you cry like you haven’t in a long time. It will also make you want to call your siblings and just say hey.

Well, beyond just saying hey, tomorrow, May 2nd- also known as Brothers and Sisters Day, you can grab your sibling and head to a Sprinkles Cupcakes location between the hours of noon and 2pm and say “People Like Us” and grab yourselves a free cupcake (like the one I had at the screening below- YUM)!

Can’t make it tomorrow? Sprinkles will also have this delicious offer on other family-themed holidays: Mother’s Day (May13), Visit Your Relatives Day (May 18), Father’s day (June 17) and National Forgiveness Day (June 26).

On the designated “People Like Us” holidays, Sprinkles Cupcakes in all ten locations will give out a free cupcake to each customer who comes in between the hours of 12 noon and 2 p.m. and says, “People Like Us.” Any customer can vote online for the official “People Like Us” flavor and the winning cupcake will be announced the week of the film’s opening. Customers can also pick up punch cards in Sprinkles Cupcakes stores, redeemable on the selected ‘People Like Us” holidays for a free cupcake. Follow the movie on Facebook.com/PeopleLikeUs  for more details.

  5. Geoff K says:

This movie looks like a nice change from the typical, predictable Hollywood romantic comedy – I’d probably see if anyway since I’m a fan of Elizabeth Banks, but the whole cast looks terrific. Thanks for posting!
