My mom introduced me to Children’s Place when I was pregnant with Sofia…not just any introduction. Oh no, she must have spent $300+ stocking up on baby girl’s clothes for her granddaughter who was still not born. She pretty much bought a wardrobe for a year. So I knew the quality of their clothes when I was invited to check out their new summer line at the Children’s Place in the Farmer’s Market/Grove location.
The very first thing I noticed was the beautiful bright colors included in the summer line. Similar to NY runway summer fashions, Children’s Place took that very look and incorporated it so that even the littlest fashionistas could look ultra cute under the summer sun.
But one big difference between the runway and this amazing store? The price range. Every item I checked out was under $15, most pieces were in the $5-$8 each range. For $100 I stocked up on dresses, skirts, tshirts, tanks and a couple pairs of shoes for my little diva….and she looked amazing and stayed cool in this already hot LA weather.
The quality of the clothes is fabulous. As anyone with kids know, you wash stuff ALL THE TIME, and this color is still holding up. Plus I have tshirts of hers from years ago that although she can’t wear them, they are not ripped nor shredding and look almost as good as the day I bought them. That is definitely something to say about a kids line. Also- if you have an older kid- the styles? Are super cute, and in case you can’t tell- my little one LOVES them.
If you are looking for some stylish, quality but won’t break the bank clothes for some of your favorite little one- be sure to check out The Children’s Place. Don’t forget to subscribe to their site and follow them on Facebook and Twitter to get notified of any of their amazing sales.
