I used to have a mild addiction to Top Model. Yup. Guilty pleasure cause I normally hate reality shows. However there was one thing missing from the first couple seasons I watched- a Latina like me. That all changed thanks to nuvoTV and Model Latina.
Can you imagine? 10 bellas living under one roof in the gorgeous city of of South Beach and competing for $25,000 plus a modeling contract. This season is bound to be a sizzler. Tune in, tomorrow, May 28, for the premiere of Model Latina South Beach, in it’s 5th season and meet the beautiful new Latinas who will be competing this season! In fact, you can take a sneak peak at what’s in store here as well as meet this season’s cast here. Not only are the contestants beautiful, but just check out these awesome judges:

The cast of Judges includes Ines Rivero, Argentinean model and Victoria’s Secret “Angel”- so she knows a thing or two about working a runway. Franco Lacosta, fashion model-turned-photographer- eclectic and stylish- he knows what it takes to make it. Carlos Ponce, the Puerto Rican actor, best known for his role in Couples Retreat as Salvadore. This panel of three, plus the host, Jocelyn Pierce, a model and journalist, make up the people who will be deciding the fate of these ten beauties.

This season promises to be the best yet with more intense challenges (spoiler: one takes place underwater!) and those fiery latina tempers we are known for confined under one space while fighting their way to the top.
Make sure you tune in TOMORROW, so you can be there to see the first cat fight erupt (cause really- it is bound to happen) and don’t forget to follow Model Latina via Facebook and Twitter to keep up with the latest info and news.

This is the first time I’ve heard of this show – how fun! I like the back of the swimsuit in the picture. I need something like that to cover up my big behind!
