My daughter has always been picky. I mean… always… even in the womb! I swear it’s like she knew even then who was boss (her- I only pretend I am). One of our constant struggles has been getting proper calcium and Vitamin D in her system. She likes milk, but only “sometimes” and likes yogurt, but only if it is “yummy.” Now as parents, we know most of the stuff that tastes “yummy” usually has little to none of the proper dietary things we are looking for our growing kids to get. So my options were limited and I was either left bribing her to eat her yogurt or in an angry stare down which resulted in tears (me, not her again).
But, being the stubborn mama I am, I kept searching for that perfect blend for her each shopping trip I took. A couple days ago I was in heaven aka Target, and I came across this little beacon of shining light over the yogurt area. Lo and behold, there it was…the yogurt- Yoplait Trix Yogurt. You remember, Trix are for kids? Well, I remember the commercials…and also that my mom refused to buy my siblings and I “that sugar and dye in a box.” So I had to take a closer look. That is when I saw it… the magic words…
“No Artificial Flavors, Colors or Sweeteners”
SOLD. But the real test would be to see how my little diva would react to it. Snack time came and she ran to see what I had for her. She saw the Trix rabbit and looked quizzically at me. “The rabbit yogurt is for me?” she asked. She knows it’s not usually what I would give her. I said yes, opened the foil lid and handed it to her.
The verdict?
She likes it! Yay! My struggle is over. Now I can safely add Yoplait Trix Yogurt to our shopping list and know that not only am I getting something that tastes good, but also is good for my daughter. It gives her a daily source of Calcium, Vitamin A & D, and is a good source of protein. All key components of the fuel my growing girl needs.
“Trix are for kids” but unwanted additives definitely are not. That’s why Yoplait® Trix® Yogurt comes in silly, swirly flavors kids love, without high fructose corn syrup, artificial flavors, or sweeteners. It’s still the same bright, fun, colorful snack, only better. You’ll love that they love it!

My daughter’s for some reason or another don’t like this product, it must be a texture thing or something since they prefer greek yogurt instead.
I always roll my cart QUICKLY past anything that has fun packaging because I assume it’s laden with sugar and dyes and preservatives and yucky stuff… THANKS for sharing this with me! Now I don’t have to feel like a bad mom if I want to give in to my kids demands for “the rabbit yogurt”
I have gotten this yogurt and I find it to be delicious and healthy! I even have a hard time eating yogurt, but just like your daughter if you can find a yogurt that you really like-then I will always continue to buy it!
