To say I have had an eventful week would be a huge understatement and I am thankful to my friend Monique, who happened to have recommended me for this opportunity, who messaged me and said, Hey! Did you check your email? To which, being as backed up as I am, I said… not since Thursday (it was Monday- go me!). So thanks to her AGAIN, I did and there it was… my invitation to meet the fabulous Betty White.
Fast forward 24 hrs later, and I was being escorted to a suite in a swank West Hollywood hotel. As I stepped in the suite, it dawned on me, oh my- this isn’t a roundtable like I was used to. This was an INTERVIEW. So I did what anyone does when you are about to interview a legend…I started fumbling with my camera.
The lovely Jessica Gottlieb was interviewing Betty and they clearly were having a blast, so how would I follow that? Soon enough, it was my turn and while I usually hide behind my lens, this time, I got a chance to sit and chat with Betty White.
Betty White was not only super easy to talk to, she was witty, vivacious and truly a person with heart. Watch my video below and some of you Facebook fans will see your questions asked.

Betty White is one of my favorite actresses! I think my most favorite show that she played in is Golden Girls. She is truly a wonderful entertainer and so freaky funny! Bless her!!

I love Miss Betty White. I go to bed every night watching The Golden Girls. She is a trip. I was fortunate enough to win the grand prize in a contest 2 years. Grand prize was a trip for 2 to Los Angeles to the Red Carpet World Premiere of You Again with Betty White, Jaime Leigh Curtis, Sigourney Weaver, Patrick Duffy and Victor Garber and more. We sat next to Patrick Duffy and his family, in front of Betty White, Jaime Leigh Curtis and Kristen Bell and on the other side of us (my husband and I) was Julian McMahon, Hall and Oats, all the cast from the movie but 1 was in the theater with us. It was an amazing night. One we will never forget.

I am so beyond jealous of you right now! She is a legend! I have been watching ‘The Golden Girls’ since I was under 10 years old! They were so far ahead of their time (talking about sperm donors, lots of homosexuality, sex, etc…)! Each one of them has a special place in my heart and I would have loved the opportunity to meet her!
