with cooler weather my skin tends to dry so I go thru alot of lotion and drinking water. keeping my skin hydrated from the inside out.
My tip is to moisturize daily with a fast absorbing lotion to make sure the dry spots heal quickly.

During the winter/ fall season I use Eucerin lotions ans well as Body shop shea body butter to keep my skin moisturize. i also use vaseline on my lips and drink lots of water.

The more advanced the lotion you choose to use, the more likely that it is sun sensitive and increases the risk of sun burn and damage. I use more lotion as the weather gets colder but how many think to wear sunscreen on top? Your Eucerin review pointed out the following helpful info: Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.
I put Eucerin healing ointment on my feet then put on socks to keep my feet soft.
I love that this lotion is Fast absorbing and non-greasy. For the winter, I put lotion on my hands after each hand washing so they don’t get too dry.
My routine is year round because my skin is sensitive and I have trouble with eczema, so I slather on the lotion all over immediately after my shower. I use eucerin!

My 20 month old has severe sensitive and dry skin as a result of severe allergies. I moisturize him 3+ times a day and I noticed since this is the first fall since he was diagnosed this spring, he was good for about three months and now he is starting to develop some issues. I also use vaseline from head to toe on him after his bath and put him in a one piece zipper pjs to help which was a tip from his dermatologist.
I have eczema so i think this will help me out a lot.

During the fall it is so important not to use soap that will dry out the skin. Using a moisturizer is also a must if you live in a dry climate!

I would love to try the Smoothing repair lotion. My husband has lymphedema in his legs so they are always super dry. Something like this might help them and keep them from being so dry and itchy.

I try to exfoliate my hands in the fall at least a couple times a month and use a good cream daily.
My best winter tip is just to use a good moisturizer! For me, I either use aveeno or Eucerin on my body, burts bees for my face and the bath & body works body cream for my hands. OH and vaseline for my feet! I have HORRIBLY dry, itchy skin during the winter.

I try to moisturize my skin first thing in the morning. I carry a travel size in my purse. I know my skin gets really dry in the fall and winter. My best advice is don’t over wash your hands! The water dries it out more.

This time of the year I try to shower in cool water. If the water is to hot it just dries your skin out more. I love the Eucerin healing ointment for my hands and feet.
I battle dry skin by using coconut oil right out of the shower

In the winter months, once a week or so, I add a bit of melaleuca oil to a nice hot bath. Then I just sit back and relax and let the oils give me an allover moisturizing! I prefer melaleuca oil, but baby oil works as well!
