El Maestro Is Helping Me Get Fit #Positivismo

I think this year I will finally do it. I’m eating better and logging my items in. Now, I just need to get moving. As it turns out, my friend El Maestro del Vaso Medio Lleno is here to help me!

 

El Maestro has joined with Despierta America to air a different exercise video every morning to help get people moving this year. A great way to keep your resolutions and do something fun. The suggested movements are easy and anyone can do them, and you don’t even need  a fancy gym….for example, this move here:

Hazlo

That is my 45 lb daughter on my shoulders. She prefers to be on daddy’s shoulders though, since he’s 6’3 and mommy, is 5’2. Every morning from 7am-8am, you can catch the latest exercise on Despierta America. But if you miss it, no worries!
