Grab a Bite, Hit the Road and LIVE MÁS

Being a musical theater geek growing up meant a lot of things. It meant I never listened to regular pop music but could sing beginning to end any Gershwin or Sondheim musical on demand. It also meant I had a horrible schedule consisting of school til 3pm, 20 mins to get a snack, homework from 4-5pm, rehearsals til 9pm,  grab dinner wherever we could find that was open that could feed starving, near broke teenagers, and then, drive off and act like a kid in the cool Los Angeles evening. More often than not, when I think back to those nights, I can almost taste that delicious 7-layer burrito that I so often ordered.

Taco Bell Live Mas

Now, when I think back, I did LIVE MÁS with Taco Bell. It was part of feeling young and free. It was with my friends and I as we drove around blasting some early Alanis and No Doubt, ready to taste adulthood.  It was a symbol of the beginning of my life. Now, it is that memory that inspires me to LIVE MÁS whenever I can.

Just like in the teaser for Taco Bell’s upcoming Super Bowl Ad, Grandpa Bernie feels inspired to go a little wild and LIVE MÁS…with some funny results. Nonetheless, he’s happy and carefree…just like I was back in the day. In fact, I’m feeling a little inspired now…

Excuse me, I have a fun. CD to listen to, a full tank of gas…and a 7 layer burrito is calling my name.
