I never thought I would say this…but in my line of work, a smile could make or break your career. My job puts me in amazing situations almost every day. But in my “normal” life, I am also a wife and a mom which means, I am up at 6am and to be at 1am-ish almost every single day. Basically, I run on coffee… the more java, the better. However, this does not make for the best of circumstances for my teeth. While the coffee stains aren’t terrible, I could always use a brightening up.
I started using Colgate Optic White while in Vegas for CES. If I was meeting big tech brands, I wanted my best smile forward. So I started with the mouthwash. Ok, maybe this is just me, but I did not like it one little bit. The taste was yuck and as I swished, it did some major foaming, wish made me just spit it out quickly. So yea, mouthwash? Not for me. I paired the 360 Optic White toothbrush with the Optic White toothpaste next.
Let me tell ya, the toothbrush is phenomenal. It is optimized to whiten teeth and everytime I use it, I can actually feel the bristles hit areas in my mouth that I didn’t know needed brushing. It also cleans your cheek, tongue and gums as you brush. It short…I think it’s my new best friend.
The toothpaste…well, the verdict is still out. I have seen a small change, nothing you can see in photographs though. My husband is a smoker and a coffee drinker, and he has been using it as well. He won’t let me take a pic, but I do notice a difference in his teeth. Again, not a lot… but just enough for me to keep buying it and see where I am in another 30 days.
